Troy’s career began with 13 years in sales and marketing roles for publicly traded homebuilders in the Denver area, giving him a unique edge when it comes to marketing and negotiating for his clients. With over 500 successful transactions under his belt, he’s a “bull dog” negotiator, always working to get his clients the best possible price—whether they are buying, selling, or renting a property.
A Colorado native at heart, Troy loves the outdoor lifestyle and spends his free time hiking, camping, and biking in the mountains. He’s also a passionate tennis player, competing on three teams during the summer. Giving back to the community is a core value for Troy, and he remains actively involved in various charitable organizations and volunteer efforts.

Teresa Grasmick brings over 20 years of expertise in the property management industry, with a specialization in both long-term and short-term rentals. Having managed her own properties and those of her clients, Teresa’s decade-long experience in Airbnb management has made her a go-to expert in optimizing rental experiences. Her deep understanding of Denver’s rental market, built over 30 years as a resident, allows her to provide clients with strategic guidance that adapts to market trends and fluctuations.
